Policy Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s in Policy, Energy, or Development Studies (preferred); Bachelor’s in Policy, Law, Economics, Energy, or related field
- ≥3 years’ experience in policy research or public affairs (energy/sustainability preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RE policy, MEMR, PLN, and net-zero goals
- Skilled in analysis, writing, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiar with ASEAN RE regulations & MEL frameworks
- Bilingual (Bahasa & English); able to work independently & in teams
- Experienced in organizational activities
Solar PV Engineer
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Energy, or Physics Engineering (Master’s is a plus point)
- 3–7 years’ experience in solar PV design, feasibility studies, or implementation (commercial / utility scale)
- Skilled in PV system design: PV array sizing, inverter selection, BESS integration, cable loss, shading, and yield estimation
- Proficient in PVsyst, Helioscope, or HOMER
- Knowledge of PLN interconnection, PV-related MEMR regulations, SNI, and IEC standards
Solar PV Trends Analyst
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus point)
- 2–3 years’ experience in research, data analysis, or technical studies on solar PV or renewable energy
- Strong grasp of solar PV technologies, performance analysis, and deployment models
- Familiar with Indonesia’s RE landscape: MEMR regulations, PLN interconnection, and national energy policies
- Skilled in data collection and analysis using Excel, Python, R, or Power BI
Communications & Public Relations Officer
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus point)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications, media relations, or advocacy campaign management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proven experience in media relations, press releases, and public communication materials
- Ability to translate complex policy or technical content (e.g., energy or sustainability) into engaging messages
Outreach & Partnerships Officer
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnership management, external relations, or institutional communications — preferably in renewable energy, sustainability, or non-profit sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Program & Operations Associate
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, or related discipline
- 1–2 years’ experience in administrative support, proposal writing, or program/grant coordination (NGO/association experience is a plus)
- Strong writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; English proficiency is an advantage
- Highly organized, meticulous, able to manage multiple documents and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and support multiple project workflows
