Bureau Veritas was first established in Indonesia in 1986 through its Marine Business operations. Over the years, up to 1998, Bureau Veritas expanded its presence in Transportation, International Trade, and Government Services, which were represented through local agents.

Bureau Veritas’ full presence in Indonesia began in 2001 when PT Bureau Veritas Indonesia was legally registered and approved by BKPM (The Investment Coordinating Board of Indonesia).

In response to the growing demand for clean energy and increasing investments in solar power across Indonesia, Bureau Veritas delivers a comprehensive suite of renewable energy services tailored to the solar sector.
