Asset Management (O&M) Engineer

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Energy Conversion, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Have experience in Solar & Renewable Energy Sector (will be a plus).
- Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
Job Description:
- Supervise and maintain SESNA’s assets, including operators, to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Create maintenance reports and analyze them to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring corrective actions or improvements.
- Monitor and analyze performance data from photovoltaic (PV) systems, and track energy output, efficiency, and other relevant metrics to identify potential improvements.
- Ensure that maintenance activities and asset performance meet client expectations.
- Ensure the maximum performance of the PV plants and minimize plant downtime.
- Supervise contractors during maintenance activities.
Finance Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury or operational finance, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficient in cash management, intercompany funding, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel skills, high integrity, and disciplined control over fund movements.
- Familiarity with IFRS/PSAK, ERP systems (Xero, Odoo), project financing, and cross-border tax matters.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily and weekly cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity across entities.
- Supervise vendor, payroll, and project payments in compliance with approved limits.
- Manage loan payments, foreign exchange (FX) transactions, and intercompany funding between Singapore and Indonesia.
- Design and refine treasury procedures, support ERP/TMS implementation, and assist in audits.
- Collaborate with accounting, tax, banks, and auditors to ensure financial governance and loan compliance.
PV Engineer

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in solar PV projects or renewable energy systems.
- Strong understanding of solar PV system fundamentals, including PV modules, inverters, combiner boxes, protection systems, and energy storage.
- Experience in engineering design and preparation of engineering documents.
- Proficient in technical design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and power system simulation tools such as ETAP.
- Solid knowledge of national electrical standards (SNI) and international standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Familiar with engineering documentation workflows, including revision control, document numbering, as-built documentation, and QA/QC document review.
