PT. Andalan Mutu Energi was established in Bandung city on February 6, 2009, stands as the certification company on electrification with the designation of the Directorate General of Electrification 40 Stf/TL.07/DJL.4/202 17 October 2023.

 Started with the enactment of Law No. 30 of 2009 concerning Electricity, requires that Every operating installation of electric power must have Operating Eligibility Certificate (SLO) issued by accredited Technical Inspection Body (LIT) Along with this enactment of law and some other regulations. 

In running the operation, PT. Andalan Mutu Energi as Technical inspection Body (LIT) has a scope of work in accordance with its capability in each sector and sub-sector. The sectors are: 

1. Inspection Services for installation of electric power plants 

2. Inspection Services for installation of electric power transmissions 

3. Inspection Services for installation of electric power distributions 

4. Inspection Services for installation of electric power utilization
